Future Days Beer Company is the result of a decade-long vision cultivated by Nick Mata and Sean McGuire. The two brewers and former college roommates have dreamed of opening a brewery since Junior year. It all started with the goal of trying every beer at the gas station down the street, but quickly morphed into replicating those beers, and later, to brewing the styles that the duo liked drinking most. 

Nick and Sean have been brewing together for 10+ years, winning a number of awards along the way, including a Best in Show for their Smoked Helles Lager and a Gold Medal for their flagship stout, Moonlight Mile. With this recognition and a growing following, they started hosting local tastings. Their biggest hit was a beer named Future Days, a kölsch that was so well received it gave them the confidence to go out on their own and brew full-time. 

The overarching mission at Future Days is to produce the highest-quality beer possible. This unwavering commitment to quality means the team will never stop tinkering, reimagining, and innovating. As a brewer-owned, independent brewery, the team at Future Days will curate a small-batch, constantly rotating draft list with an emphasis on seasonal experiments, hoppy ales, and dry, effervescent lagers.
